Delivery Information

We will normally despatch your order within 5 working days via Royal Mail. If your order does not arrive within 7 working days for UK delivery, or 28 Days for overseas deliveries please inform us via e-mail.

Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason. The cancellation period begins on the date that the order is placed, and ends 8 working days after receipt of the delivery . Should you exercise this right to cancel you must return the goods unopened in their original packaging at your cost. Upon returned receipt we will issue a full refund less any costs incurred in sending and returning the order. Any returns will be credited within 7 working days to the Credit/Debit card which made the initial payment. Please note, if your order has been processed we are unable to cancel it and therefore all delivery costs are at your expense.

Returns Policy

We will exchange any CD purchased from Craig Owen Music if it displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days. Accidental damage and damaged caused by misuse is not covered by this guarantee and therefore a charge will be made. Please request a return via e-mail. giving your name, address and order number. We will then issue a returns number, together with returns instructions and arrange delivery for the replacement.

Court of Jurisdiction

In the event of any disputes this contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the purchaser hereby submits to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
